Very well Packaged and quick delivery. The artist had contacted me regarding his change of working location and was able to assist me in bringing able to reorder my selected choice of works. Brought as a gift so not actually seen finished outcome but recipient happy. Very expensive really for what it is...couldn't afford to get a frame as well which is a shame. Delivery was really long - ordered on 5th, received on 24th... Unable to add gift message. Recipient happy, but overall wouldn't order from this company again as not worth cost and time

As for the delay in receiving your Sheffield print, it was temporarily out of stock at the time of your order. While I did mention this on the website, I understand that it might have been missed – Sorry about that. Occasionally, there can also be delivery delays due to customs clearance, which is unfortunately out of my hands but still frustrating, I know. There is an option to add a gift message, which can be found in the cart drawer before checkout – but I’ll definitely look into making that clearer for the future.
