A set of four A3 prints, each showcasing every UK number one single from a full decade, 1960s, 1970s, 1980s and 1990s, designed in the style of the classic music charts that ran in British newspapers. The chart-toppers span from The Beatles' She Loves You and the Rolling Stones' Get Off of My Cloud, through Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody and Madonna's Into the Groove, to Oasis' Don't Look Back in Anger, each decade offering a fairly accurate snapshot of what the UK actually had on its turntables at the time.

Who’s Behind The Sense of Doubt ?

I’m Alejandro De Luna, the creator behind The Sense of Doubt; a solo studio in Madrid making wall art inspired by music, pop culture, and heritage. What began as a way to make sense of the records, places, and stories that shaped my life has grown into a visual archive that connects moods, history, and art.

I research, design, and hand-sign every piece myself in small batches, and today more than 10,000 art lovers in over 20 countries have my prints on their walls. People describe the work as “brilliantly researched,” “put together with great care,” and “a true labour of love.” That’s exactly what it is; no shortcuts, just me doing the work because I love it.
