Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 654 reviews.

Very well Packaged and quick delivery. The artist had contacted me regarding his change of working location and was able to assist me in bringing able to reorder my selected choice of works. I was a Vacation whilst the item arrived, hence my delayed feedback, but it had been packaged so well it was safe and secure! Unpacked it looks amazing - so happy! Thank you Alejandro!

Store owner replied: Thank you so much for the kind words, Jane. I really appreciate it. Just to share, The Sense of Doubt isn’t actually a company; it’s a one-man project that I run myself. So feedback like yours genuinely means a lot and helps keep the whole thing going. I’m really glad you liked the print, thanks again for your support. Alejandro

I bought this as a gift for my husband and using the ups tracker I noticed there was an issue at customs. I reached out to Alejandro who chased this up promptly ensuring I received the gift. Perfect customer service and over an above response in getting my gift to the UK. 10/10 professionalism and my husband loves his surprise!!!

Customer photo review of Joy Division - Songwriting History (1977 - 1980)

This is the most amazing poster! The design sensibility that went into this is so impressive and as an avid Joy Division fan, I'm thrilled that someone had the vision, dedication and INSIGHT to put this together. Alejandro is an inimitable talent!

What a great print and it came in a reasonable amount of time considering it was international. But can't wait to frame it and hang it in the house. Thanks again!

Brought as a gift so not actually seen finished outcome but recipient happy. Very expensive really for what it is...couldn't afford to get a frame as well which is a shame. Delivery was really long - ordered on 5th, received on 24th... Unable to add gift message. Recipient happy, but overall wouldn't order from this company again as not worth cost and time

Store owner replied: Dear Ruth, Thank you for supporting my work and for taking the time to leave a review – it’s very much appreciated. I’m very sorry that your experience wasn’t quite what you expected, and I’d love to take a moment to clarify a few things: The Sense of Doubt isn’t a company in the traditional sense – it’s actually a one-man project, run entirely by me. Everything you see, from the research and design to packing and shipping, is done personally by me with care and attention, and each print comes is hand-signed. As for the delay in receiving your Sheffield print, it was temporarily out of stock at the time of your order. While I did mention this on the website, I understand that it might have been missed – Sorry about that. Occasionally, there can also be delivery delays due to customs clearance, which is unfortunately out of my hands but still frustrating, I know. There is an option to add a gift message, which can be found in the cart drawer before checkout – but I’ll definitely look into making that clearer for the future. Thanks again for your support and thoughtful feedback – it helps keep this project going. Sincerely, Alejandro

Thank you for all the efforts, logistics and support in delivering my package in Romania.
