Words of wisdom by Dee Dee Ramone

“The band [The Stooges] finally came out and Iggy seemed very upset. He was all painted in silver and all he had on was a pair of underwear. The silver paint was smeared all over him, even in his hair. But his hair and fingernails were gold. And someone had also sparkled him up with glitter. They went on and played the same song over and over. It only had three chords. And the only words to it were ‘I want your name, I want your number.’ Then Iggy just looked at everybody and said: ‘You people make me sick!’ Then he threw up”
